SECMOL, Ladakh

A place close to my heart. SECMOL is an alternative learning school where the students run the day to day function. Every student has a role, which is switched every month in order learn something new but also instill discipline and accountability. 

I learnt so many things from the students there and the faculty was encouraging. We along with other volunteers from all over the world would engage in English and communication classes. I also undertook lectures on photography for the students and during winter, I was invited to be a part of a winter camp in Gya, where I was called to provide exposure to the students there about photography.
